EtherMoths Power Token $EPT

In the last article we discussed about the token that is going to be used as an in-game-currency for the EtherMoths game. Of course, we are talking about the EtherMoths Power Token $EPT and in this article, we will discuss how exactly will this token be used, what is its token economy etc.

$EPT Initial Distribution

EtherMoths Power Token is going to be airdropped to every user that participates in a launch of EtherMoths.

Goal of the airdrop is to provide a fair and spread out initial distribution to the EtherMoths user base.

Users who participate quicker in the sale will receive more $EPT and as the sale goes on, the amount of $EPT airdropped will be lessened.

So how much of it exactly is it going to be airdropped ?

Token economy

The initial distribution is going to happen as follows:

The first 2500 EtherMoths $EMH minted, the addresses will get 100 $EPT airdropped, the second 2500 of $EMH minted, the addresses will receive 50 $EPT, the third 2500 of $EMH minted, the addresses will receive 25 $EPT and finally for the last 2500 of $EMH minted, the addresses will receive 10 $EPT.

In short for each $EMH with following id numbers, you will receive some $EPT in return:
1–2500: 100$EPT airdropped
2501–5000: 50 $EPT airdropped
5001–7500: 25 $EPT airdropped
7501–10000: 10 $EPT airdropped

This means that initial supply of $EPT will be 462.500,00 .

Utility of $EPT

Users that will play the EtherMoths game will use $EPT as the in-game-currency, meaning they will be able to buy packs and other in-game-items to enhance their playing experience.

Every time $EPT gets spent on our platform, 100% of it gets burned.

This means that $EPT will have characteristics of a deflationary asset, as people will need to buy it in order to spend it on EtherMoths platform, but in return 100% of it will get burned. This provides value to $EPT.

NFT staking and farms

Big utility that entire EtherMoths project provides is the NFT staking.

Users will be able to stake their NFTs and earn $EPT in return.
